Commercial / Mechanical Inside Sales

Emerald City Winsupply (formerly Rosen Supply) has served plumbing and mechanical contractors in the Northwest since 1946. We're a fast-growing, locally owned branch of the Winsupply family of companies, and we're adding a Commercial / Mechanical Inside Sales rep to support our large commercial and mechanical accounts.

What You'll Do

• Run day-to-day operations for large commercial and mechanical accounts, alongside our branch owner and Commercial Account Manager
• Build accurate quotes and enter sales orders
• Work with contractor procurement departments and coordinate supply for commercial projects
• Be the technical resource on product selection, substitutions and application questions
• Use our ERP to check pricing and availability and manage backorders
• Partner with outside sales, purchasing and the warehouse so orders ship complete and correct

What We're Looking For

• Commercial or mechanical trade or supply-house knowledge (pipe, valves, fittings, hydronics, HVAC or similar)
• Comfortable with quoting, order entry and ERP systems
• Accuracy first: you catch errors before they reach the job site
• A growth mindset and a collaborative attitude
• Comfortable with a schedule of more than 40 hours a week

Pay & Benefits

• $28 to $35 per hour, depending on experience
• Writer's commission considered for the right fit
