Emerald City Winsupply is a locally owned plumbing, HVAC and mechanical supply house in Kirkland, part of the Winsupply family of companies. We're hiring an Estimator / Purchasing specialist to quote mid-to-large commercial and mechanical projects and keep material flowing to the job.
What you'll do
- Estimate and quote mid-to-large commercial and mechanical projects from plans, specs and material lists
- Build and maintain quoting templates in our internal AI-assisted software
- Source and buy material, working with Winsupply's Shared Purchasing Solutions team and our vendors
- Track pricing, lead times and availability, and keep project buys on schedule
- Work with inside and outside sales so quotes turn into clean orders
What we're looking for
- Commercial or mechanical estimating, purchasing or supply-house experience
- Tech-savvy: quick to learn new software and comfortable building templates and tools
- Strong with numbers, detail and organization across several projects at once
- Clear communicator with vendors, contractors and our internal team
- Full-time, 40+ hours a week. Based in Kirkland; some hybrid flexibility possible, not fully remote.
Pay and benefits
- Hourly to start, $32 to $45 DOE
