Emerald City Winsupply is a locally owned plumbing, HVAC and mechanical supply house in Kirkland, part of the Winsupply family of companies. We're adding a Commercial / Mechanical Inside Sales Representative to support our commercial contractors and work alongside our Commercial Account Manager.
What you'll do
- Build accurate quotes and enter sales orders for commercial and mechanical contractors
- Be the technical resource on product selection, substitutions and application questions
- Coordinate contractor procurement and project supply from quote through delivery
- Support customers by phone, email and at the counter
- Work in our ERP to check pricing and availability and manage backorders
- Partner with outside sales, purchasing and the warehouse so orders ship complete and correct
What we're looking for
- Commercial or mechanical supply experience (pipe, valves, fittings, hydronics, HVAC or similar). Trade-side experience counts too.
- Comfortable in quoting, order entry and ERP systems
- Accuracy first: you catch errors before they reach the job site
- Organized, independent, and able to own a full workload of 40+ hours a week
Pay and benefits
- Hourly, $28 to $35 DOE
- Writer's commission considered for the right candidate
