HVAC Installer / Service Technician

Eagle Pipe Heating & Air | Full-Time

We're looking for an experienced HVAC professional who is comfortable working across both installation and service. This is a hybrid role for someone who can troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems while also stepping in on residential and light commercial installation projects. What You'll Do

• Perform HVAC service, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on residential and light commercial systems

• Install and replace HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related components

• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and airflow issues to identify the right solution

• Support both installation and service work based on company and customer needs

• Work on light commercial projects when needed, including diagnosing and servicing commercial HVAC equipment

• Communicate clearly with customers about system issues, recommendations, and completed work

• Maintain accurate job documentation, service records, and materials information

• Work independently in the field while collaborating with the Eagle Pipe team to keep jobs moving

• Deliver quality work that meets code, manufacturer specifications, and Eagle Pipe's standards

• Represent Eagle Pipe with professionalism on every call and every job

What You Bring

• EPA Section 608 Certification required

• 3+ years of professional HVAC experience in installation, service, or a combination of both

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Experience installing and servicing residential HVAC systems

• Ability to work comfortably across both service calls and installation projects

• Commercial HVAC experience is strongly preferred

• Working knowledge of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless systems, and related HVAC equipment

• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• A dependable, no-nonsense attitude and a commitment to doing the job right
