Cool Zone Air Conditioning & Heating is hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician to serve residential and commercial customers throughout parts of Phoenix, the West Valley, the Northwest Valley, and surrounding service areas.
Service Area & Location: Candidates should live within a reasonable commuting distance of the primary service territory and be comfortable regularly traveling throughout the West Valley, Northwest Valley, parts of Phoenix, and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems (AC, heat pumps, furnaces, ductwork)
Perform installations and preventative maintenance
Communicate clearly with customers about findings and recommended repairs
Maintain a clean, professional, and safe job site
Accurately document work and complete paperwork
Qualifications:
2+ years of HVAC service experience preferred
EPA 608 certification (NATE certification a plus)
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
