HVAC Service Technician

Cool Zone Air Conditioning & Heating is hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician to serve residential and commercial customers across the greater Phoenix area. As a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer with an A+ BBB rating, we take pride in delivering top-quality service and a great customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems (AC, heat pumps, furnaces, ductwork)
- Perform installations and preventative maintenance
- Communicate clearly with customers about findings and recommended repairs
- Maintain a clean, professional, and safe job site
- Accurately document work and complete paperwork
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of HVAC service experience preferred
- EPA 608 certification (NATE certification a plus)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
