Preventative Maintenance Refrigeration Technician

What You'll Do
Perform preventative maintenance on a variety of commercial refrigeration and HVAC equipment, including walk-in coolers, freezers, reach-ins, ice machines, rooftop units, and related mechanical systems. Identify maintenance concerns, document equipment conditions, and communicate recommended repairs to the service team to help customers prevent unexpected equipment failures.
This is a full-time, in-person position based in Lehi, Utah. Typical workweeks range from 40 to 50 hours and include participation in an on-call rotation.
Qualifications
1–3 years of commercial HVAC/R or refrigeration experience preferred.
EPA Certification preferred.
Maintain an insurable driving record throughout employment.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Mechanically inclined, with basic knowledge of commercial refrigeration and HVAC equipment.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Reliable, organized, and able to manage time effectively.
Compensation
$27–$30 per hour, depending on experience.
Overtime pay.
On-call work paid at double time.
