All American Home Service is Southeast Alaska's fastest growing home services company, providing Heating, Plumbing, Drain Clearing, Bathroom Upgrades, and more.

We started with just one guy and a truck doing plumbing and heating work. Today we're a team of over 20 people, aggressively growing towards dominating the Juneau market.

We're looking for an experienced Plumbing & HVAC Service Technician to join our Service Department. You'll help customers with important calls throughout the day, including no-heat jobs, no-hot-water jobs, and water pipe leaks, and offer them options on their system issues, from troubleshooting to repair or replacement.

Compensation & Benefits

$72,000/year starting minimum, depending on experience, with a clear path to $110,000+ (yes, it's possible).

What You'll Do

• Respond to service calls throughout the day, including no-heat, no-hot-water, and water pipe leak jobs

• Troubleshoot and diagnose heating and plumbing system issues

• Present customers with options for troubleshooting, repair, or replacement

• Work alongside your team to serve customers and raise the standard on every call

• Keep learning and cross-training to expand your skills

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 1 year in the heating and/or plumbing industry

• A mechanical brain

• Strong communication skills and a pleasant demeanor

• A love of serving others, both your team members and our clients

• A hard worker who loves working with a team

• Eager to challenge yourself, learn, and even be cross-trained

• Motivated to work independently and multi-task

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment where changes are common

• Able to lift 50 pounds or more and stand for long hours

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Schedule

Full-time, with flexible hours in the Service Department. Want to work 10–7 instead of 8–5? Done!
