As a Comfort Advisor, you'll meet with homeowners to evaluate their heating, cooling, and indoor comfort needs while helping them make one of the biggest investments in their home.

This isn't high-pressure sales. It's about building relationships, educating homeowners, and providing solutions that are in their best interest. You'll run qualified replacement leads generated by our service department, design complete comfort solutions, present financing options, and work closely with our installation team to ensure every project is set up for success.

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners to evaluate heating, cooling, and indoor air quality needs.

• Perform in-home system evaluations and recommend repair, replacement, or upgrade solutions.

• Design complete comfort solutions, including split systems, heat pumps, ductless systems, zoning, duct modifications, and indoor air quality products.

• Educate homeowners on equipment options, energy efficiency, warranties, rebates, and financing.

• Build and present professional proposals using ServiceTitan.

• Run qualified replacement leads generated by service and maintenance technicians.

• Follow up on open estimates to help customers make informed decisions.

• Maintain accurate documentation, notes, and pipeline updates throughout the sales process.

• Coordinate with the installation team to ensure smooth project handoffs and an outstanding customer experience.

• Meet or exceed sales, closing percentage, and customer satisfaction goals.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in residential HVAC sales, in-home sales, or another consultative sales environment.

• Ability to build trust quickly and communicate technical information in a way homeowners understand.

• Strong presentation and closing skills without using high-pressure sales tactics.

• Comfortable discussing financing and helping customers evaluate investment options.

• Excellent organization and follow-up skills.

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

• Experience using ServiceTitan or similar CRM software is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous residential HVAC sales experience preferred.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to work evenings or Saturdays as customer appointments require.

• Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
